My 1 yr old Piggy Oreo was sat on my lap and I was eating christmas chocolate coins.

She managed to nibble the end off one of them while I wasn&#39;t looking!

She ate about 5mm square piece, tiny really, but should I be worried???

I read online that chocolate is toxic to piggys. But surely it would take a lot to harm them?

			<description><![CDATA[ We bought two guinea pigs from a pet store in mid-July. They are our families first pets and living in a very small community, unfortunately the pet store
seemed our only option.

Both guinea pigs have been healthy and happy until about 3 weeks ago. One of our piggies, Peggy, began having some white flaky raw edges appear on her ears.
Both ears. It almost appeared as if the skin were peeling - both outside her ear and further in, at the start of the ear canal. I found a vet in town... ]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[ Rescue/Fostering - pregnant two sows ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been fostering small animals for over 4 years now, and this is the first time I&#39;m going to be taking care of babies; I&#39;m so excited!!!!  For
this one, the two rescued sows are pregnant.  I don&#39;t know how far along they are, and neither does the rescue.  I will be picking up the little dears (no
older than 6 months themselves) and am reading up on labor &amp; delivery on Guinea Lynx.  Has anyone out there had experience in this area that would be
beneficial to me?

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve noticed something going on for a while now. My pig&#39;s ear seems dry &amp; flaky (almost like an ashy consistency to the skin in flakiness) on the
back side of both his ears. It used to be just one, but now it&#39;s on the back of both of them. The ear that first had the flakiness was also dry looking
inside his ear and flaky some, and he definitely doesn&#39;t like it when I touch that ear (he closes one eye and pulls away if I try to clean or look at the

of bones, but was still full of energy...a little too full.  Turns out, Bart is hyperthyroid..a condition that isn&#39;t common in GPs, but seems to be showing
up a little bit more.  Bart is going to have his condition treated on Tuesday with an injection of radioactive iodine, the same treatment that they use on

in something.  Since it hasn&#39;t gone away, I looked in his mouth tonight and everything looks ok as far as I can tell.  He&#39;s eating perfectly fine, too.

			<description><![CDATA[ I noticed blood in Paloma&#39;s urine last night and took her to the emergency vet straight away.  The vet gave her an injection of Bactrim and then sent me
home with Baytril, same concentration as before 5mg/ml once a day for 14 days (same protocol for her URI)  My concern is that this morning there is still blood
in her urine.  About how long with the antibiotics until we stop seeing the blood? I just need to know how long I should wait before bringing her back to the
