Last Monday (July 13) our sweet boy died in my arms. We have been heartbroken and miss him so very much. I'm glad he was able to go to the Boston Pignic to meet everyone. My little girl Chaz died yesterday. I'm sorry I couldn't do more for you little bit but I really did try. Your teeth were just too bad and your little body couldnt cope anymore. We only had you a short time but I'm still so glad we rescued you, you looked so lonley at the centre and with us you made a friend for life- Chewy misses you already, shes already lost so many friends. I got Emily nearly 4 1/2 years ago to keep Molly company. I wasn't around much when she was younger and i regret that. Molly passed 2 years ago and I got 2 more pigs. The last couple of days Emily wasn't herself. This morning, Emily didn't run to the edge of her cage like she usually does; she didn't eat either. I held her abd she was limp. She kept trying to walk and couldn't. Finally, she laid on one side and after a few twitches she took her last breath and passed away....

My 4 year old girl Speedy died today. She had several problems and had lost so much weight that in the end her little body just couldn't cope. I will never forget you baby. I'll miss washing and cutting your beautiful long hair and how you used to run around the table like a crazy pig. Chewy misses you so much too. I hope that you're with Giz, Splodge and Daisy Moo now and no longer in pain. Mummy and daddy will miss you and remember you forever. Take care little one.

We lost our beloved Ben last week, he will be missed so much with his loving ways...he battled pneumonia and we thought we won, but it was not meant to be....he succumbed to a seizure of some sort out of no where, and we will always remember him!

Splodgie left us on Saturday morning while still at the vets office after several tests which found she had severe renal failure. We were so blessed the day we found you. You were in our yard and we weren't sure what we were going to do. We ended up buying a cage and fell in love with you. We didn't have any idea how old you were, but thought you had been around quite awhile. You were a sweetheart and I miss hearing your little squeaks!

Hi all-

It has been a while since I was here. After adopting Domino in November of 07, I lost her to a rapidly spreading tumor in July. It was quite painful for her and for me. I am just now thinking of getting another, I will be keeping my eyes out for adoption opportunities.

Rest in peace, my sweet girl, I hope that you have found Spike at the bridge and that your both munching away at awesome veggies!

I'm so sorry that the anasthetic took you like this and you were in so much pain in your last moments of life. Athena, Mom and Dad love you and miss you and we wish you were here. I'll never forget how you showed me that guinea pigs are awesome animals and how you learned to walk down the cage door to come out to play all on your own.
