Hi, I think that i may be one of the youngest i am 12. I have 2 Female guinea pigs named Abby and Gabby.
Abby is an Abby i didn't know what breed she was untill i was on a website with pictues and matched her up with the picture. She is sweet likes to nibble on your arm. She doesn't really like her veggies she likes fruit the best.
Gabby is a biter but she is getting better as time goes on. I picked her name because when i went in the pet store to look for food for my hamster i saw the 2 guinea pigs i asked to hold them and as soon as i picked up gabby she screamed and wouldn't shut up and i fell in love with her the other pig who is Abby looked so sad in the cage all by herself so i had to bring her home too. i really don't think they would make it if i didn't get both they were so attached. gabby loves her veggies not really fruit. she loves pellets. both of them don't like hay. but when i giv it to them they will eat it i give them 2 handfulls and it takes them 3 days to finish it.
my other pets i have are : A greyhound, English springer spainiel who loves the pigs i think the pigs like him better then me. a bird, 4 ferrets, a hamster and some fish.
i am thinking getting another pig from a shleter.
When i get out of high school(2006) i want to go to school to become a vet tec. then when i finish that i want to work as a Vet tech. for a couple of years then become a real vet.
Thanks Tammy for making this site it is truly the best. i get all my info from this site, Thanks to every one on the board for the info to Thanks so much. My pigs sat thanks to because if it wasn't for all of you they wouldn't be getting the best care i could give them.
