Ok, We got the official date.
When: September 29th 2007
Where: Settlers Cabin Robinson Pa
Time: 1 pm, we will be there aroun noonish to 12:30 pm to set everything up
What to bring:
Your piggies, grids, water bottles, blanket, toys, food, veggies, pot luck lunch/dinner, drinks, snacks of your choices, when bringing money for the raffles and cozie sales try and bring extra ones so I can break all changes, I accept checks too, first aid kits for pets and humans,
We are going to have raffles with piggie cozies, maybe dog collars (home made ones and measure your dogs necks so you can raffle for the correct size), donations for a few local rescues, donations of cozies for local rescues, cozies orders, cross necklaces orders, foods, drinks, maybe some fun games for gps (wildest hair, heaviest pig, etc), pictures, and more.
I will be setting up food ideas later on today so everyone can see what they could bring or not.
We hope to see all of you guys there.

also I would like all of you who are coming email me if you need a hotel room, I will let you know when I need an answer for the hotel rooms so we can block them for discounted rate. I have some of your emails from last week or so.
